Holiday accommodation may be provided if that accommodation is in separate and self-contained premises. Serviced Apartments meet these criteria. Premises must be provided for persons who are members of the same household, or members of two households which are linked households in relation to each other. As apartments are self-contained and do not share kitchens, sleeping areas, bathrooms or other indoor communal areas, they are a good accommodation choice.
