We care – it’s in our DNA

We work in hospitality, travel, and relocation, providing travelers and assignees with places to stay – places that feel like home.

In the extended stay sector, we promote traveling less and staying longer. When traveling for business, make each trip count; when relocating, make it an informed and well-supported decision. Whether for a week, a month or longer, where we call home matters.

Our motto is to propose, deliver & delight.

Intentional travel – when you travel, make it count.

Plan your trip with a specific purpose or intention in mind and aim to make the most of each trip. Make deliberate choices about how you travel, where you stay, and what you hope to achieve. The current buzz term in the business travel world is to travel less and to stay longer. It makes sense to make more of each trip, to be more intentional.

The global pandemic taught us a lot. We took travel for granted: we like to travel, and we want to travel, however now we understand better than ever that our travel has an impact.

We know face to face and in person contact cannot be matched by virtual. It has a place, but it is not the answer. And perhaps there is no answer, but there are actions we can take that make a difference.

Results take teamwork and commitment.

It’s important to be connected and to be part of the conversation, which is why our Director of Marketing and ESG is a member of the ASAP Green Taskforce which is part of the conversation with The Green Coalition.

TAN is a proud member of various groups and associations which make a difference in the business travel and mobility worlds. These include GBTA, WERC, EuRA, ITM, VDR, ASAP and CHPA.

Strength in partnership

The Apartment Network is a valued partner and ISAAP Approved Agent, a partnership which resulted in ISAAP adding a Sustainable Accreditation to its portfolio.

TAN CEO, Marcos Isaac comments: “We are delighted to have initiated what we feel is an important addition to the ISAAP portfolio. We anticipate more of our clients and customers seeking “green” places to stay and this new arm to the ISAAP portfolio has a lot of potential.”

Steve Martin, MD, ISAAP adds: “TAN and ISAAP have collaborated on the development of a sustainability concept. Through a survey and its communication to the sector and, thanks to the support of the TAN team, the ISAAP SP Sustain Accreditation has been launched.”
