Student Castle provides student accommodation that is designed and managed to deliver for student’s needs. Accommodation is modern, safe, within close proximity to the college or university, and importantly, it ensures students get the most out of their university experience.
Since 2010, Student Castle has opened schemes in Bristol, Bath, Cambridge, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Durham, London, Manchester, Newcastle, and York each one tailored to the city and its students. Due to complete this year, Oxford and Brighton.
The challenge
It was the Brighton scheme that led to Student Castle to work with The Apartment Network. Due to the opening of the building being delayed, Student Castle required urgent accommodation in Brighton for students and as a result, booked 34 apartments.
Having originally placed the first group of students in a hotel, when it was realised their stay would be for several weeks, Student Castle wanted a higher quality accommodation alternative, with better facilities including living space and a kitchen.

The Apartment Network
The solution
While hotel accommodation and purpose-built student accommodation could work, it was the Serviced Apartment solution provided by The Apartment Network that was by far the best option.

The result
With 34 apartments provided by Supercity Aparthotels through The Apartment Network, students were able to live under one roof, to live independently and, in current times, for students to stay safe.
