This unique 1st and 2nd floor corner apartment is located in the museum quarter of Amsterdam and is situated opposite the world famous ‘Concertgebouw’. The apartment has the original charm and features of a typical house in Amsterdam’s Old South district. The house is back to back with the renowned Keyzer restaurant which is famous for its old-style cooking. The original ceiling decoration and wooden flooring have been preserved in this apartment.
You enter the large entrance hall on the ground floor which has a separate lavatory and washbasin. From the hall you go into the large double reception room. There is comfortable furniture in the living room and there's also a flat screen TV, DVD, extra TV channel pack and a secure wireless internet connection. The dining room is connected to the living room and is separated by the original sliding doors. The large dining room table seats 8 and has an overhead billiard table style light.
The luxurious fully-equipped kitchen contains an oven, dishwasher, Senseo coffee-maker and other electrical appliances. A washing machine and dryer are located in a closet in the kitchen. The large master bedroom on the first floor is situated in one of the corner rooms of the apartment, and has a unique corner window seat looking onto the ‘Concertgebouw’. The bedroom contains a huge leather covered double bed, flat screen TV and 2 cupboards; one for hanging clothes and one with shelves. The room is very bright with its high ceiling and many windows. It also offers an ensuite bathroom with shower.
The spacious second bedroom is very bright due to its high ceiling and three windows. This bedroom also has a huge leather covered double bed, flat screen TV, and large wardrobe with both hanging space and shelving. This bedroom also offers a private shower! The two smaller bedrooms each have two high quality single beds. The large bathroom has a bath, separate shower and a double washbasin.
