Urban Quarters serviced apartments are ideally located in the heart of Dundee's Cultural Quarter and within 10 minutes walk from Dundee Train Station and the V& A Design Museum.
Our four apartments each have 2 bedrooms but can all be booked as 1 bedroomed apartments. Our stylish apartments are designed for maximum comfort ensuring our guests feel at home from the moment they arrive.
The living areas with open-plan lounge and kitchen provide a space well suited to relaxing, working or entertaining whatever time of the day.
The original high ceilings and large windows are a great backdrop to the iconic designer sofas, lighting and up-to-the minute technology including flat screen TV, with sound bar and wi-fi, ensuring everything operates as well as it looks.
Eating: The sleek, modern kitchens are fully equipped with integrated oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer, plus all the other bits and bobs you’ll ever need including Nespresso coffee machine. And to make sure you feel really at home, a retro popcorn machine with endless popcorn for when a movie night in is top of the bill.
Sleeping: Our bedrooms offer the perfect environment for a good nights sleep. The super comfy Hypnos beds with crisp cotton bed linen guarantee a great nights sleep.
The fully tiled shower rooms are fitted with a powerful Hans Grohe walk in shower, heated towel rail and large back lite mirror.

- Cancellation Policy -

7 days cancellation policy 

  • 7 days’ notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges
  • For guest in house 7 days’ notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 12th September, then 6 days’ notice has been given and a charge for 1 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
