CANCELLATION POLICY

For stays of 1-6 nights: 1 day prior arrival

For stays of 7-13 nights: 3 days prior arrival

For stays of 14-29 nights: 14 days prior arrival

For stays of 30+ nights: 22 days prior arrival

PENALTY POLICY IN CASE OF CANCELLATION

For stays of 1-6 nights: where notice is given less than 1 day prior to arrival, a 100% penalty of the total stay will be charged. The same penalty will apply in the case of a no-show.

For stays of 7-13 nights: where notice is given less than 3 days prior to arrival, a 75% penalty of the total stay will be charged. The same penalty will apply in the case of a no-show.

For stays of 14-29 nights: where notice is given less than 14 days prior to arrival, a 50% penalty of the total stay will be charged. The same penalty will apply in the case of a no-show.

For stays of 30+ nights: where notice is given between 21-15 days prior to arrival, 50% penalty of 1-month amount will be charged. Where notice is given less than 14 days prior to arrival, 30-night penalty will be charged. The same penalty will apply in the case of a no-show.

EARLY DEPARTURE

For stays up to 29 nights: 100% penalty of the unused nights will be charged.

For stays of 30+ nights: 30-night penalty. For stays longer than 3 months we reserve the right to review the cancellation policy at the time of the request.
