Cancellation policy for Sterling Living Space – Residency Road
Booking cancelled beyond 48 hrs from the date of confirmation will carry a 10% retention charge.
Booking cancelled between fifteen (15) to three (3) days from the date of arrival will carry a 50% retention charge.
Booking cancelled in the last 48 hrs from the date of arrival and also during the tenure of booking will carry a 100% retention charge.
A No-Show will carry a 100% retention charge.
Any Guest detected Covid 19 +ve during the tenure of Stay has to be compulsorily removed to Hospital as per Government Covid Protocol.
Sterling Living Space reserves the right to cancel any reservation due to contingency / Government Covid Protocols / unavoidable circumstances
