Step out the door and you are at the start of the main bustling street of the Northern Quarter, just seconds away from the many independent bars, cafes, restaurants and boutique shops.

- 30 seconds from Shudehill tram and bus interchange
- 1 minute walk to Arndale shopping centre
- Less than 5 minutes from the AO Arena
- Piccadilly Gardens is a 5 minute walk away
- Albert Hall, Royal Exchange Theatre and Manchester Cathedral are all just a 10 minute walk
- Old Trafford football stadium is 20 minutes by tram
- Etihad Stadium is 20 minutes by tram

- The living room features a large L-shaped sofa bed capable of sleeping 2 more people comfortably. The space also features a SMART TV and dining table for up to 4 people.
- Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. Don’t fancy eating out? Everything you’d expect at home has been provided to make cooking in the apartment easy.
- Bathroom and shower with complimentary soap, shower gel and towels.
- Free high speed WIFI.
- A washing machine (perfect for those on a longer stay), additionally, an iron with ironing board.

You will have the entire flat to yourself and can conveniently check yourself in/out.

The city is easily walkable. Alternatively or for travelling further afield, the Metrolink tram system has stops at all the top landmarks (notably the football stadiums). The apartment is just a 30 second walk to Shudehill tram stop and bus interchange.

On-street parking is available on the outside the apartment or there are a number of multi-storey carparks in the area (Arndale shopping centre of Northern Quarter NCP).
