Madison Luxury Apartments offer luxuriously decorated rooms and suites in Zagreb, with units varying from rooms to one and two bedroom suites, and a wide range of extra services like our Oasis Wellness&Spa, Madison's Wine&Bar, daily reception service, Madison's Gym and a breakfast lounge. All rooms and suites are fully serviced, providing daily housekeeping, reception and change of towels and bed linen.

Our other property, Villa Madison also has a 14meter outdoor pool, which our guests can use, by purchasing a daily Pool Pass. There are private outdoor and garage parking spaces also available and extra charged. Availability is limited and it has to be reserved upfront.

- Cancellation Policy -

7 days cancellation policy 

  • 7 days’ notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges
  • For guest in house 7 days’ notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 12th September, then 6 days’ notice has been given and a charge for 1 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
