The monumental canal house is located on the exclusive Leidsegracht with a spectacular canal view over two of Amsterdam’s prominent canals; Leidsegracht and Prinsengracht. The apartment is styled with a mixture of modern and classical furniture, the four meter high ceiling has been retained throughout the apartment, giving the apartment a spacious feeling.

You enter the apartment from the private elevator. The spacious living/dining area is unique with its remote controlled lighting and air conditioning. A large gas fire can be lit on chilly days and flat screen TV, DVD, Home Cinema pack and secure wireless internet are provided. There is a large dining table for 4 and a mezzanine study with a view over the canal can be reached via an open staircase. There is a separate lavatory with wash basin. The bright, fully-equipped kitchen includes a combination oven/microwave, dishwasher, Senseo, large fridge/freezer, other electrical appliances and has a lovely view of the ‘achterhouses’ on the Leidsegracht. The light and spacious master bedroom with sumptuous carpet contains a king-size bed and large wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom has underfloor heating, bath, shower with ‘rainforest’ shower, two washbasins and a bidet. The small guest room hold two single comfortable beds.

• 7 days’ notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.

• For guest in house 7 days’ notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking
• Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 12th September, then 6 days’ notice has been given and a charge for 1 nights will be applied.
