This high-end 85m² first floor Amsterdam corner apartment was completely renovated in April 2009 and is located in a popular neighbourhood called ‘Old South’. The apartment has a nice roof terrace and a balcony on the corner of the apartment.

When you enter the building, you find a hallway with some stairs to the apartment. In the hallway you find a separate lavatory with washbasin. The living room has two sofas, gas fire and a dining table. Flat screen TV with extra channel pack, DVD and wireless internet are available. Connected to the living room is a fully-equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, oven, microwave, N'espresso coffee-maker, fridge and other electrical appliances. The bedroom contains a twin box spring bed and a large wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom has a bath, separate shower, wash basin and lavatory.

You can get to the roof terrace from the bedroom and the apartment has a nice balcony from which you can enjoy the fresh air.

From the hallway you can enter an extra storage where you can use the washing machine and dryer.

  • 7 days’ notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.

  • For guest in house 7 days’ notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking
