We have two beautifully appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom serviced apartments in neighbouring blocks, located on Anchor Street, with great views over Ipswich Waterfront and marina.

The apartments have lots of natural light due to the large floor to ceiling windows which open on to a balcony. They are furnished to a high level, with fully equipped kitchens, comfortable seating areas, as well as dining table and chairs. Both apartments have an ensuite master bedroom and a second bedroom that can be configured as twin beds. There is a further family bathroom with shower over bath.

The buildings have secure entry via key fob and an internal lift to all floors. The apartments come with one allocated parking space in the covered secure car park. Access from the car park into the building is also via secure entry key fob. The building has manned onsite caretaker during normal office hours and CCTV in public areas.
