Our 24 hours Assistance (from 10 to 19 there is an on site Receptionist, and out of these hours we have our main office two blocks away will assist you), guarantees you will be fully attended.

Special for Families: FAMILY KIT: cot, highchair, booster, children's cutlery and toys. On request and at no cost, you will have turmix for their porridge, child protection bar for bed and a stroller. Possibility of two cribs at no extra cost.

24h Reception: Multilingual, Fax / Photocopier, Luggage storage. Bring you Service - Personal Assistant. We have available a person who will help you in everything you need to tourism and professional level, so that you don't feel like a stranger in town. Ticket and tourism info service: Save the cues and buy in advance your tickets.

  • For guest in house 7 days’ notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 12th September, then 6 days’ notice has been given and a charge for 1 nights will be applied.
