Cancellation Policy

  • A notice period 2days by 1500hrs is required to avoid a 1 night cancellation fee.

  • For extended stays:
  • Complete cancellation of the individual bookings or reduction in booked nights outside of 30 days prior to the arrival date will incur a charge equal to 10% of the total booking ( this is in addition to the non-refundable deposit) or 10% of cancelled nights
  •  Complete cancellation of the group or individual bookings outside of 15 days prior to the arrival will incur a charge of 25% of the total booking.
  •  Complete cancellation of the group or individual bookings within 10 days of the arrival will incur a charge equal to 50% if the total booking.
  •  Complete cancellation of the group or individual bookings within 7 days o the arrival will incur a charge equal to 100% of the total booking.
