Eiffel Park is a 678 sqft 1 bedroom apartment located within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and around the corner from the metro La Motte Piquet Grenelle on the line 6, 8 and 10.

The space
Upon entry to Eiffel Park, Guests are greeted by an entry hall. To the right, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with an oven and plenty of space to prepare meals. Further down the hallway is the dining table that can be moved into the living area and has room for 4 diners. Across from the dining table is the living area with two leather couches and lots of light from the large windows. The bedroom opens onto the living area with two French doors that can be closed for privacy. The bedroom has a large closet and a queen sized bed. There is again lots of light from the floor to ceiling windows. The WC and shower at the end of the hall complete this apartment.

This accommodation is offered for corporate housing purposes. To secure the reservation, we kindly request that you sign a letter providing your company name, passport information, and guest details.

If you want to stay close to the Eiffel Tower, the Seine river, in a very dynamic area and close to a shopping mall, restaurants, etc, this is the place to be. If you like long walks, you can easily go to the Seine river. If you like shopping, you can go to Beaugrenelle shopping mall. Also, you are close to the yellow train line RER C, which you can take to go to Versailles !!

Things to know:
- This apartment does not have a dishwasher.
- Please note the bedroom is separated from the living room by two French doors.
- Please note there is a school located near the back of the apartment building so during recess there are children that can be heard when the windows are open.
- Please note this home is available for 30 night stays minimum.
- The unit is located on the 6th floor of an antique Parisian building, so some of the utilities have unique traits that will be shown at check-in.

Cancellation Policy

a) Cancellations prior to Arrival & Non-Arrivals (All destinations):

for stays of 30 to 89 nights If cancelled up to 15 nights prior to the arrival date, no cancellation fee will be applied.

If cancelled 14 nights or less prior to the arrival date, a 14 nights penalty will be applied.

For stays of 90 nights + If cancelled up to 30 nights prior to the arrival date, no cancellation fee will be applied.

If cancelled 30 nights or less prior to the arrival date, a 30 nights penalty will be applied.

b) Cancellation once In-house / Shortened Stay:

If requested 14 nights prior to the new check out date for stays of 30 to 89 nights then the rate per night may increase but no cancellation fee will be applied.

If requested within 14 nights, for stays of 30 to 89 nights the rate per night may increase for the duration of the stay in addition to any relevant cancellation fees being applied.

If requested 30 nights prior to the new check out date for stays of 90 nights plus then the rate per night may increase but no cancellation fee will be applied.

If requested within 30 nights, for stays of 90 nights plus the rate per night may increase for the duration of the stay in addition to any relevant cancellation fees being applied.

c) Change of Dates:

If requested up to 15 nights or more prior to arrival for stays of 30 to 89 nights, and the home is available, no penalty fee will be charged.

If requested up to 30 nights or more prior to arrival for stays of 90 plus nights, and the home is available, no penalty fee will be charged.

If requested within 14 nights of arrival for stays of 30 to 89 nights and the home is available, fees will be applied equal to or Lesser of:

1) 14 nights rent

2) # nights cancelled as a result of a change of dates.

If requested within 30 nights of arrival for stays of 90 nights plus and the home is available, fees will be applied equal to or Lesser of:

1) 30 nights rent

2) # nights cancelled as a result of a change of dates.
