Cheval Phoenix House is your very own private residence in London, complete with dedicated 24 hour concierge. This residence consists of spacious open plan and one bedroom apartments. The non smoking apartments provide a fully, fitted kitchen including dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and Nespresso coffee machines. We provide goose down duvets, 400 thread count Egyptian cotton Frette linen, on arrival luxury toiletries and our 'Well-Being' Welcome Tray. All apartments have LED televisions, Blu Ray DVD players, ipod docking stations and digital cordless phone with direct dial and answering machine. There is a safe in all apartments. Situated off Sloane Street, on Wilbraham Place; near Sloane Square.

  • Notice of cancellation is as follows unless expressly agreed in writing by Cheval Residences at the time of booking.

  • For reservations of:
  • • 14 nights duration or less, a cancellation may be made up to 72 hours prior to arrival
  • • 15 to 28 nights, 7 days’ notice of cancellation will be required
  • • 29 – 89 nights, 14 days’ notice of cancellation will be required
  • • 90+ nights, 30 notice of cancellation will be required
  • All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
