Entering the apartment you will immediately enjoy the spacious feeling this one room apartment offers you. The living area is created in the front house overlooking one of Amsterdam's finest squares; The Amstelveld. The living area features two comfortable couches. In the living you can enjoy the flat screen TV with DVD player and digital TV.
The open-plan kitchen area has a dining area with table made out of a original 17th century waterhole! The 'waterhole table' has eight comfortable chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, coffeemaker, oven, microwave, kettle, washer/dryer and toaster. Secure wireless broadband internet is also available throughout the apartment.

This apartment features one bedroom area with plenty closet space and flat screen TV. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed. The bathroom has a rainfall shower, toilet and vanity.

In front of the apartment we have created a nice picnic table on which you can enjoy your summer days and evenings!

Located in the heart of the city on the famous Amstelveld along the Prinsengracht canal near the Rijksmuseum, Leidseplein, Rembrandt square in a monumental house. The Utrechtsestraat is just around the corner with a diversity of shops, restaurants and bars. Tram to the Dam square and Central station is only a one minute walk (Dam square 3 minutes by tram!)

• 7 days’ notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
• This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges
• For guest in house 7 days’ notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking
• Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 12th September, then 6 days’ notice has been given and a charge for 1 nights will be applied.
