Casa Chafariz is an iconic building of Lisbon adjoining the Chafariz da Esperança, a public fountain built in 1760 and classified in 1910 as Portuguese national monument. The building and its apartments have gone through a deep renovation completed in 2018 while preserving the authenticity of its original structure.
The building is located in the design district of Lisbon facing a charming and authentic square near to the redeveloped Tagus docks and touching the hills of Chiado, Bairro Alto, Santa Catarina and Principe Real.

Casa Chafariz is composed of 5 apartments distributed on 4 floors. The first floor is accessible by staircases where an elevator serves the upper levels. The edifice is oriented west and southwest. All flats are facing the square with upper floors overviewing the city. The structure has undergone a full rehabilitation which ended mid 2018. Parking facilities are to be found nearby.
