A beautiful, warm house with on street parking is available for long term and short term lets.

It is 5 minutes drive to Cambridge Business & Science parks , 5 minutes drive to Jesus Green and Midsummer Common, 5 minutes drive to Cambridge North station, 8 minutes drive to historical Cambridge city centre and its colleges and 10 minutes drive to Cambridge station.

Ideal for families & professionals, the house benefits from tastefully designed interiors, bright rooms, garden and free parking.

SPACE

Arranged on 2 floors with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, back garden, fully equipped kitchen and fully furnished lounge with TV & brand new furniture.

On the ground floor, the kitchen is fitted with appliances including hob with grill and oven, fridge–freezer and microwave. There is a cutlery, basic pans, wine and water glasses required for your visit.

The lounge has a sofa bed, 2 seater sofa, 1 seater sofa chair with TV. The glass top dining table with 6 chairs is kept on the other side of the lounge. The lounge opens into the back garden.

There is high speed WIFI available throughout the house.

On the first floor, there is a master bedroom with king size bed, a sliding wooden wardrobe and two bedside drawers with 2 small table lamps.

There is a second double bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bedside drawers with 2 small table lamps as well as a sliding wooden wardrobe.

Finally, there is a third double bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedside drawer with 1 small table lamp as well as a sliding wooden wardrobe.

There is also a family bathroom with a bath & shower as well as a separate toilet.

An off street parking is also available for parking your vehicle.

GUEST ACCESS

Our guests have private access to the whole two storey house & garden as well as shared access to the green spaces.

GUEST INTERACTION

Guests can email or text or call anytime between 10 am to 8 pm. Any communication beyond these hours would be dealt with at the earliest convenience.

NEIGHBOURHOOD OVERVIEW

There is a Co-operative store, Fish & Chips shop, Pharmacy & a café (Cambridge Homebrew) which are 5 minutes walk from our house.

Midsummer common and Jesus Green are 1 mile away, which are ideal for morning and evening walks.

GETTING AROUND

Our guests can park their vehicle on one side of Birch close road.

14 days cancellation policy 

  • 14 days’ notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges
  • For guest in house 14 days’ notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days’ notice has been given and a charge for 5 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
