A wonderful family home set over five floors on the banks of the River Thames offering 5/6 bedrooms and two living areas. Completely renovated at the end of 2013 to a very high standard this family home is sure to impress. Situated right on the banks of the River Thames you are not only assured of excellent views but you will be staying in one of London's most desirable locations.

With a patio area at the front there's a table and seating, a great place to enjoy the views of the Thames. The long hallway with high ceilings and wooden flooring leads through to the large bespoke kitchen and dining area. With a kitchen island there's plenty of workspace on the sleek white corian work surfaces. There is an a steam oven as well as an additional oven large fridge/freezer coffee maker juicer and modern speakers built into the ceiling. A fireplace sits at the front of the room and floor-to-ceiling glass patio doors allow access onto the front patio area and bring in lots of light. The dining table comfortably seats 8-10 people and is perfect for everyone to get together for breakfast or a more formal evening meal. Through the rear of this room is the first of two living areas (both with underfloor heating). Its a great size and offers an excellent area for everyone and especially younger visitors. There is a flat screen television big L-shaped sofa (which can be pulled out to a double sofa bed thus creating a sixth sleeping area). The room is very light and decorated tastefully.

Glassed patio doors lead to a private garden which hosts a table tennis table, sure to bring out the competitive spirit in everyone and perfect for the younger family members! On the lower ground level there's a W.C. and a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. On the first floor is the first guest room with a Moroccan light large free standing wardrobe bedside table double bed and two big windows. This room benefits from the family shower room painted in white with exposed brickwork with a walk-in waterfall power shower large squared basin heated towel rail and a W.C. Up a couple of steps leads you to the sitting room.

It is magnificent - with high ceilings and two large windows facing the River Thames allowing unforgettable views so rare in London! There are two large sofas and three comfortable armchairs ensuring seating for everyone. Additionally there is a gas fireplace wooden floors a glass-topped coffee table and a huge antique silk screen adorns one of the walls. Next to this room is another guest double bedroom with a leather armchair free standing wardrobe a desk and a book shelf. The second floor hosts the beautiful master en-suite bedroom.

Directly above the main living area it also benefits from the incredible views of the River Thames and is a great sized space. There's a double bed two bed side tables a wall mounted flat screen television huge fitted wardrobe and a dressing table - ideally positioned next to the window. The en-suite is immaculate offering a walk-in power shower large basin heated towel rail and a W.C. This second floor also features a child's room with a single bed a desk free standing wardrobe and a bookcase. Next to this bedroom up a couple of stairs is another family bathroom with a bath shower basin heated towel rail and a W.C. The third and final floor houses another bedroom with a single bed. Sliding patio doors ensure lots of natural light and access to a large decked balcony. There is a free-standing wardrobe for storage a desk and book case.

Hammersmith a unique suburb located in West London is the perfect place to stay. The area is brimming with the activity and opportunity typical of London yet retaining a certain village charm. Timelessly elegant Georgian architecture complements Hammersmith's and Chiswick's beautiful stretch of Thames riverbank. Bars restaurants and pavement cafes have sprung up all along the tow path including the famous River Cafe. In addition there is the Several supermarkets and an ever-expanding range of delis boutiques and niche suppliers mean that residents rarely need to go elsewhere.

The house is around a 5 minute walk from Ravenscourt Park tube (District line) ensuring the rest of London is easily accessed. Knightsbridge and the museums of South Kensington can be reached in 15 mins Leicester Square/ Covent Garden and Oxford Street in about 30 minutes.Alternatively take a river boat from the nearby pier to Kew Bridge or Hampton Court Palace (to the West) or to the London Eye or Tate Modern (to the East).
