Upon entering into this 2BDR/ 613 sqft / 57 sqm apartment you will be greeted all around by large bay windows facing the Seine view and bathing all the rooms in lots of light. The living area has a sofa and flat screen smart TV. Separate from this area you will find a full equiped kitchen . The master bedroom with a queen bed and lots of storage space plus a smart TV, while the second bedroom makes a great space to work with a single bed. There is also lots of closet space with a washing machine. This unit has a bathroom which is accessible either from the entry hall or the main bedroom making a large shower for your relax.
Guest access This accommodation is offered for corporate housing purposes. To secure the reservation, we kindly request that you sign a letter providing your company name, passport information, and guest details. This is a family building therefore no parties are allowed.

a) Cancellations prior to Arrival & Non-Arrivals (All destinations):
For stays of 90 nights + If cancelled up to 30 nights prior to the arrival date, no cancellation fee will be applied.
b) Cancellation once In-house / Shortened Stay:
If requested 30 nights prior to the new check out date for stays of 90 nights plus then the rate per night may increase but no cancellation fee will be applied.
c) Change of Dates:
If requested within 14 nights of arrival for stays of 30 to 89 nights and the home is available, fees will be applied equal to or Lesser of:
