Halley is ground floor and Rutherford is first floor apartment, both very spacious, two bedroom apartments set in an historic Grade 2 listed manor house in the picturesque village of Chilton. The beds can both be set as singles or doubles.

Lewis Cottage is a ground floor cottage featuring an open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area, two bathrooms, and two double bedrooms. The main bedroom can be set as twin beds or a double. There is a private rear garden. Off street allocated parking, high speed unlimited broadband included, as well as Flatscreen SMART TV with freeview and catch up tv apps and a free weekly clean with fresh bedding and towels

These come with all bills paid, a fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher and washer/dryer and large fridge/freezer, high speed unlimited internet, along with a dedicated desk for a laptop, allocated offstreet parking, Smart Tv, and keyless entry system. The bathroom is a wet room complete with full walk in shower and it also has a bath with over head shower . The beds can both be set as singles or doubles.

- Cancellation Policy -

7 days cancellation policy 

  • 7 days’ notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges
  • For guest in house 7 days’ notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 12th September, then 6 days’ notice has been given and a charge for 1 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
