Cancellation policy for Ascott Rafal Olaya Riyadh 

Daily Booking ( 1-29 Nights )

 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.

 This is for all lengths of stay to avoid charges

 For guest in house 24 hours’ notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking

 All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.

Monthly stay ( 30 nights and above )

 7 days’ notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.

 This is for lengths of stay 30 nights and above to avoid charges 1 Night rental will applicable

 For guest in house 7 days’ notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking

 Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th of September, then gives notice on the 12th September, then 6 days’ notice has been given and a charge for 1 nights will be applied.

 All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.

 Any extension of less than 30 nights stay will be charged at a pro rata rate and require 15 calendar days advance notice in writing and are subject to availability

 Monthly rate cycle is based on 30 nights consecutive stay.
