Daily Booking ( 1-29 Nights )
24 hours’ notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
This is for all lengths of stay to avoid charges
For guest in house 24 hours’ notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking
All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
Monthly stay ( 30 nights and above )
7 days’ notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
This is for lengths of stay 30 nights and above to avoid charges 1 Night rental will applicable
For guest in house 7 days’ notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking
Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th of September, then gives notice on the 12th September, then 6 days’ notice has been given and a charge for 1 nights will be applied.
All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
Any extension of less than 30 nights stay will be charged at a pro rata rate and require 15 calendar days advance notice in writing and are subject to availability
Monthly rate cycle is based on 30 nights consecutive stay.
