SPACE

Arranged on 2 floors with 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom, 1 cloakroom, back garden, fully equipped kitchen and fully furnished lounge with TV and brand new furniture.

On the ground floor, the kitchen is fitted with appliances including a gas hob with electric oven, integrated dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave & oven. There is a cutlery, basic pans, wine & water glasses required for your visit.

There is a WC as well as a storage cupboard where the washing machine is fixed.

The lounge has a sofa bed, 2 seater sofa chair with TV. The glass top dining table with 6 chairs is kept on the other side of the lounge. The lounge opens into the back garden.

There is high speed WIFI available throughout the townhouse.

On the first floor, there is a master bedroom with king size bed, a massive floor-ceiling glass sliding wardrobe and two bedside drawers with 2 small table lamps.

There is a second double bedroom with a large double bed, 2 bedside drawers with 2 small table lamps as well as a wooden 2 doors wardrobe.

There is also a family bathroom with a bath, shower and a toilet.

A marked parking bay with house no (28) written on it, is also available for parking your vehicle.

GUEST ACCESS

Our guests have private access to the whole two storey townhouse and garden as well as shared access to the development's green spaces.

There is also a very big country park within 5 minutes walking distance and vast green lands which are ideal for morning and evening walks.

GUEST INTERACTION

Guests can email or text or call anytime between 10 am to 8 pm. Any communication beyond these hours would be dealt with at the earliest convenience.

NEIGHBOURHOOD OVERVIEW

The townhouse is in a peaceful development and 5 minutes away from a park with children’s play area as well as from 120 acres country park.

There is a 5 minutes drive to park n ride bus stop, Waitrose and Grantchester village. You could take a bus from park n ride (every 20 mins) to the centre of Cambridge with its beautiful colleges, churches, parks and river.

GETTING AROUND

The townhouse is 10 minutes drive from the train station and the city centre.

14 days cancellation policy 

  • 14 days’ notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges
  • For guest in house 14 days’ notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days’ notice has been given and a charge for 5 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary
