Some helpful information:
Check-in time is at/after 4:00 P.M.
Check-out time is 11:00 A.M.
Housekeeping: house keeping service will be provided right before your arrival and upon your departure. If you would like additional House Keeping service during your stay, it can be arranged with an additional cost.
Starter Kit: all necessities (such as toilet paper, towels, dish soap, etc.) will be there to get you started. However, additional supplies will not be provided after check in.
Please make sure to place all trash in the garbage area which is located on the first floor as you enter all the way towards the end on the left side.
HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking in the property, smoking in the premises will be subjected to a fine up to $1200.
Pets are allowed ONLY with prior approval by the building management. An extra fees incurred for pets that have been have been approved.
Please be considerate of your neighbors.
No Parties.
Please make sure to turn off all electronic devices, lights and AC when leaving the apartment.
* Please note. an additional fee of 50% night's rate will be applied for any unscheduled late departures.
